Hi Everyone,

Who am I?

My name is Clarinna and I am currently studying Certificate IV in Patisserie at William Angliss. I came to Australia in 2009 to study Accounting and Finance at the University of Melbourne. After graduation, I worked as an accountant for over two years until I realised I really want to do something else. I didn’t hate my job or my boss, in fact he was one of the kindest bosses I know.

What is this blog about?

I want to share my school experiences with you in this blog as well as saving them so I can read about it years from now. I am thinking to include my creations, work experiences, restaurant reviews and some recipes too in the future.
